This is a lot of three booklets from the Boy Scouts of America Leaders' Training Series.
#1 -- 1956, "LEADERSHIP," No. 6505, details how to give male leaders an opportunity to learn more about techniques of leadership that will result in achieving the purpose of Scouting. 16 pp.
#2 -- 1956, revised 1961, "THE OUTDOOR PROGRAM," No. 6504, details three training sessions: Planning the Year-Round Outdoor Program; Hiking, cookouts, and Campfires; and Short- and Long=Term Camping. The sessions will give leaders an understanding of the purposes of the outdoor program, techniques of planning, knowledge of the relationship of outdoor skills to the achievement of Scouting's objectives and a hiking and camping experiencde as members of a training troop. Some minor water damage. 91 pp.
#3 -- 1956, 1961 printing, "HOW TO TRAIN JUNIOR LEADERS IN THE PATROL METHOD," No. 6506A, details how the Scoutmaster can acquaint troop Scouters with th patrol method and its successful operation through the use of tool 3, "Patrol Leader's Training," in the Scoutmaster's Handbook. 22 pp.
All in good condition, 5.5" x 8", brown ink, some wear and soiling on covers.
