1880's Nebraska Cancellations/5 envelopes
5 envelopes with Postmark/Cancellations from the Nebraska Territory 1880-1884. This is a wonderful piece of Americana! There were so few people out there in Nebraska in the days of the Old West that it is very unusual to find letters postmarked from the area in the 1880's. Nelson, Hebron and Superior are the originating towns. One envelope still has the letter and tax payment statement from the "Real Estate, Loan And Collection Agency" in Nuckolls, Neb. No one with an interest in the old west will want to pass this up!
Overall Condition: good, postmark on one env. torn across bottom. See pic[s] below.
