The interior pages have pictures of Annette and an opportunity to purchase her newest recording, the back cover has the name and address of the fan, a cancelled stamp, and return address for the fan club headquarters. After her Mickey Mouse days, Annette became a pin-up movie idol for her Beach Blanket movies with Frankie Avalon.
